Starting with her breakout lead role as Linh Dan in Jailbreak (Em Chưa 18, 2017), Kaity Nguyen quickly established herself as a new icon of Vietnamese cinema. In just nine years in the industry, she has starred in nine film projects, including numerous titles that achieved both commercial success and critical acclaim, such as Jailbreak (2017), Blood Moon Party (Tiệc Trăng Máu, 2020), and The Last Wife (Người Vợ Cuối Cùng, 2023).
The talent of the 1999-born actress has been recognized with an array of prestigious accolades, including the Golden Lotus (Vietnam Film Festival), the Golden Kite (Vietnam Cinema Association Awards), and the Blue Star Awards.
The year 2025 marked a major milestone for Kaity Nguyen when she served as both the lead actress and co-executive producer/investor for the box office phenomenon Air Siege (Tử Chiến Trên Không). That same year, she joined the official delegation promoting Vietnamese cinema and tourism at the Cannes Film Festival, helping bring the image of Vietnamese cinema closer to international audiences.
