Synopsis
Tom, a boy, grows up in boundless maternal love. A close friend witnessing his growth is a carambola tree in front of his house. With
youthful aspirations, Tom left his homeland in search of opportunities in a new land. In a foreign land, the cherished memories from
his childhood become his anchor, helping him overcome the ups and downs of life.

Director’s biography
Meritorious Artist and director Phung Van Ha was born in 1971, and graduated from Hanoi University of
Industrial Fine Arts, He has been a director at Viet Nam Animation Joint Stock Company since 1995 and currently holds the position
of Deputy Director in charge of Art. Main works: Bubble Dream (Best Performing Artist Award – 15th Vietnam Film Festival), The
