Synopsis
After nine days, Martha, an Indonesian undocumented immigrant worker, returned to her hometown exhibiting unusual symptoms. Orpa, the head of the family, displayed remarkable strength and resilience as she patiently worked to uplift Martha’s spirits and support her children by producing palm sugar to sell at the market. The film won 4 awards at the Festival Film Indonesia: Best Original Screenplay, Best Cinematography, Best Director and Best Film.
