KIM YOUNGMIN, producer
Kim Youngmin is a seasoned Korean film producer with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the production of more than 20 films and series at companies such as SidusFNH, Studio Dream Capture, MCMC, MAP, and D-Mix Studio.
Among his notable works are Secretly, Greatly (2013) and Exhuma (2024)—both of which achieved significant box office success in Korea and abroad. Since 2011, he has also shared his expertise as a lecturer in film and series production at several universities in Korea, playing a key role in training the next generation of producers. Currently, Kim Youngmin is actively involved in international co-productions with partners in Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, France, and the UK.
Reflecting on his participation in the Workshop & Project Market at DANAFF, Mr. Kim shares: “It’s a real pleasure to take part in the Genre Workshop at DANAFF, in collaboration with Autumn Meeting. I look forward to sharing the journey behind Exhuma and meeting passionate Vietnamese filmmakers. I hope this program becomes a meaningful space for creative exchange and new inspiration across borders.”

LEONARD HADDAD
Leonard Haddad is a French distributor and producer with a strong focus on Asian cinema. He currently works in acquisitions and development for Metropolitan (distributor) and Davis Films (producer), the companies behind titles such as True Romance, Silent Hill, the Resident Evil franchise, and the upcoming The Crow.
As a film critic and editor, Haddad served as Chief Movie Editor for Technikart magazine. He also co-founded a pioneering publication focused on Asian cinema at the turn of the millennium and led its associated distribution label “HK,” a Metropolitan subdivision that brought dozens of Asian films to French cinemas and hundreds to home video.
Leonard Haddad expresses his excitement on the upcoming workshop “I look forward to the workshop and to discovering new talents and projects from the young generation of Vietnamese filmmakers. I hope to share a bit of my knowledge and experience in curating, promoting, and advocating for Asian genre cinema in France.”
