Inspired by real aircraft hijacking incidents that occurred in Vietnam after 1975, Hijacked follows Binh, an aviation security instructor, and his colleagues aboard Flight HVN602 as they suddenly find themselves confronting a hijacking in mid-air. Based on true events, the film recreates the tense battle of wits between security personnel and the hijackers, while paying tribute to the pioneering individuals who helped establish and safeguard aviation security in post-war Vietnam.
