Set in Northern Vietnam, Good Mourning Vietnam follows two women who make a living as professional mourners in traditional funeral rituals. When illness and personal hardships disrupt their own lives, both are forced to confront loss, human mortality, and the profound meaning of death. Through their stories, the film captures a fading cultural tradition while prompting deep reflections on memory, grief, and the invisible bonds that connect us all.
