The story portrays the life of a multi-generational family in Hanoi, where each person carries their own darkness and hidden desires. The return of Bi’s frail grandfather disrupts the already suffocating routine of the family: the father is lost in endless drinking sessions, the mother silently endures and the aunt struggles with her quiet loneliness and secret emotions. Through slices of everyday life, the film gently reveals the solitude and deeply buried feelings of each character.
